CountrySideTravel provides flight booking, hotel reservations, and travel-related services. We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment

When you make a booking through our platform:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• All prices are displayed in the currency specified and are subject to change
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider and fare type:

• Refund eligibility is determined by the airline or service provider's policy
• CCT Shield protection may provide additional flexibility (see CCT Shield terms)
• Processing fees may apply to cancellations and refunds
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

5. CCT Shield Protection

CCT Shield is an optional protection service that provides:

• Flexible date changes with reduced fees
• Flight disruption protection and rebooking assistance
• Upgrade eligibility and priority support
• 24/7 concierge access

CCT Shield terms are separate from these general terms and are provided at the time of purchase.

6. User Accounts

You may create an account to manage bookings and access member benefits. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

CountrySideTravel acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes made by service providers
• Loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings
• Injuries or accidents during travel
• Acts of nature, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CountrySideTravel website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CountrySideTravel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms
